As a result of the Commission Meeting in Delhi, the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (GCSC) issued a set of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for four research projects.
The deliverable product is a report that upholds to the standards of an academic journal to inform the deliberations of the Commission Meeting in May 2018. The researchers will be invited to present their work to the Commission at this meeting.
This project consists of four lots:
- Adaptations to Enhance the Stability of Cyberspace
- Impact of Technological Developments
- Beyond the UN GGE
- Defining Offensive Cyber Capabilities
The winning proposals will receive the funding associated with the RFPs and get involved in the work of the Commission.
