Martha is co-Founder / CEO of Red Bison Advisory Group, LLC. 

Red Bison identifies opportunities with proven enterprises in China, Middle East and the United States, which create dynamic partnerships. Red Bison is focused in two sectors; natural resources, and information, communication, technology (ICT). In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Red Bison Advisory Group, LLC (private company, Chief Executive Officer), she also serves on the Board of Polycom Inc. (PLCM-NASDAQ, member of the audit and compensation committees), CenturyLink Inc., (NYSE – CTL member of the audit and technology committees), Humm Kombucha (Private Company, member of the compensation committee), and is a member of the President’s Advisory Group at EastWest Institute (Not-for-profit, non-partisan "think and do" tank).

Most recently Martha Bejar served as CEO and Director of Flow Mobile, a broadband wireless access solution using the ubiquitous WiFi standard at 700 MHz. Flow Mobile’s 700 MHz WiFi broadband access, is comparable to 4G LTE with greater throughput and more efficient use of spectrum at 1/10th the cost of LTE. Flow Mobile provides wide area coverage at an affordable cost, making it possible to turn emerging economies and/or low-density markets, profitable in a vastly diminished period of time.  

Prior to joining Flow Mobile, Martha was Chairperson/CEO of Wipro Infocrossing Cloud Computing Services (A Wipro Company). She was responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Cloud Services Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing business at Infocrossing. She also led Wipro’s go-to-market strategy for its Private Equity business. In addition, she was responsible for Wipro’s Government Relations Program and Education initiatives in the USA. Martha joined Wipro in 2009 as President-Global Sales and Operations for Wipro’s IT services business and was responsible for global sales and operations strategy. She also spearheaded several global strategic initiatives including building a world-class sales and account management structure, developing the Geo Diversity and Inclusiveness Program focused on building a diverse workforce, and strengthening the Government Relations Program. Martha was a member of Wipro’s Corporate Executive Council. This strategic group, led by Azim H. Premji, Chairman, Wipro Limited, is an active and engaging forum focused on deliberating on and building a long term vision for the corporation. She was also a member of Corporate Diversity Council of Wipro. 

Prior to Wipro, Martha was with Microsoft Corp., where she was the Corporate Vice President for the Communications Sector. She was responsible for service and content providers, addressing the specific needs of wireline and wireless telecommunications companies, cable operators, hosting service providers, and media and entertainment companies. Before Microsoft, Martha held various executive positions at Nortel Networks reporting to the CEO, including president of the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region. 

Martha brings a wealth of experience, the ability to drive and support innovation, and a strong track record of leadership with some of the world’s leading global corporations. Martha is the recipient of numerous industry awards including; top fifty Hispanic women in the United States by Hispanic Inc. Business Magazine, and the Hispanic Business Media’s award for the 2008 Woman of the Year and the Visionary Award from LISTA (Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association). 

Martha received an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard University Business School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and also holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
