He has more than 18 years of international HR experience in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining EWI, Oliver was the HR Manager of JupiterResearch, a New York-headquartered online media research organization, where he headed all Human Resources and the international payroll. He has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including staff development and recruiting, compliance with global regulations, compensation, performance management and employee relations. Oliver holds a Masters degree in business administration from Bamberg University in Germany, and speaks English, German and French.
