The EastWest Institute's 35th annual awards dinner was held at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City on October 14, hosted by Sarah and Ross Perot, Jr.

Help the EastWest Institute prevent and reduce conflicts threatening international security and stability. Support initiatives that build trust among global influencers, create practical solutions to daunting problems and take action to make change happen.

We are pleased to introduce the new CEO of the EastWest Institute, former Ambassador Cameron Munter, inaugurating a new chapter in our history, and an exciting way to celebrate our 35th anniversary.

We are also proud to mark the 25th anniversary of German Reunification, as our late founder and CEO John Edwin Mroz received an Order of Merit from the German government for his and EastWest’s role in helping to end the Cold War. We will also bestow the John Edwin Mroz Global Statesman Award to Martti Ahtisaari, former President of Finland and 2008 Nobel Peace Prize recipient.
