On July 23, the EastWest Institute will host Fyodor Lukyanov for a roundtable discussion on "Russia and the United States in the Next Decade."   

Mr. Lukyanov is a prominent analyst and commentator on Russian foreign policy and is editor-in-chief of Russia in Global Affairs, chairman of the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy and research director of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
