We reflect on that anniversary and the task ahead all of us that we want to make sure that we prevent conflict before it starts, that we learn to understand where the sources of conflict are, that we understand the people who are the players in the international scene with whom we need to speak, the trends we have to understand, and most of all that we act with those people of goodwill around the world who wish to make sure that we can solve problems before they start."
