Ambassador Cameron Munter, President and CEO of the EastWest Institute, spoke with Voice of America about U.S. President Donald Trump's approach to foreign policy, Trump's interactions with North Korea, and how this will play out at this week's UN General Assembly.
"Look to him to try to continue to serve that constituency of his that brought him into power, and foreign policy will only be an outgrowth of that," said Munter. "That's not what people are used to at the UN. It's a new style and I think people have to get used to that, but it's not going to be a surprise. It's going to be more of what he's been doing for eight months."
