EWI Cyber Fellow Merritt Baer, in her op-ed piece Don't bake brownies for work, discusses some of the many ways in which women can take the lead in the professional world. Merritt Baer heads a cyber strategy consulting company and has many years of experience in both the public and private sector. During this week's Baltimore Innovation Week, Baer will be presenting a session about women in the tech industry.
