Dr. William J. Parker III Named New COO at the EastWest Institute

The EastWest Institute Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer have named Dr. William J. Parker III as the institute's Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

"I'm thrilled that Bill will be joining our team," EWI's CEO and President Cameron Munter said. "His vast professional leadership and geopolitical strategic planning experiences in some of the most conflict-ridden areas of the globe make him the perfect choice to help lead us into the next chapter of our institute's great history."

Parker is a retired senior naval officer who holds a doctorate from George Mason University's Department of Molecular and Microbiology; an MPA from Harvard's John F Kennedy School of Government and a BS from the United States Air Force Academy where he was a distinguished military graduate.
