EWI’s Parliamentary Network Coordinator Agnes Venema spoke at the September 2013 ICAPP Special Conference on Women's Leadership and Empowerment in Seoul, South Korea. Venema reflected on her personal experiences over her career in a male-dominated field, as well as her thoughts on the empowerment of women leaders through such conferences.
