EWI CEO and President Cameron Munter discusses the rising tensions between India and Pakistan in response to a recent Kashmir attack, as well as the upcoming U.S.-North Korea summit in this interview with Reena Ninan for CBS News.

In reference to India-Pakistan relations, Munter says "there is not a lot of dialogue going on between the two countries." "There is tension on both sides, preasure on both leaders to show resolve."

When asked if the upcoming 2018 North Korea–United States Singapore Summit could result in a formal armistice between the two rival nations, Munter offers that "it would show that the relationship between the two leaders [U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean Chairman Kim Jong-un] is a warm one and a trusting one..this would be—in any kind of negotiation—a bargaining chip."
