Cenk Aydın is the Founder and CEO of Lara Holdings and Investments with investments and development projects in Finance and Energy Sectors across Holland, UK, USA and Turkey.

Lara Holdings usually participates as a Global Distribution Partner and/or equity investor in emerging non-bank financial institutions and corporations typically technologically and socially driven, yet highly profitable venture and mid/large corporates.

Cenk Aydın, a Turkish-British banker, served as the Head of Corporate Segment for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at JPMorgan. Aydın started his career at Citigroup in 1999 with the Management Associate program in New York. He took on several leadership responsibilities, including Global Strategy and Client Coverage within the Corporate and Investment Bank and Global Transaction Banking Divisions and Natural Resources Sector in New York and London.

Before joining JP Morgan, Aydın served Bank of America as their Chief Operating Officer for the Global Global Corporate and Investment Bank across theEMEA region. Cenk Aydın primarily spent his career in formulating and executing global expansion plans for the world’s largest banks and financing global expansion of Fortune 500 Companies. Aydın holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Marketing and a BA in Economics. Aydın studied Public Policy and Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. 

Cenk’s areas of expertise are Global Expansion Strategies, Corporate Finance, M&A, Strategic Negotiations, Technology and Finance Investments, Distribution/Sales Strategies, Energy, Technology and Finance. 

Aydın’s focused interests are Fourth Industrial Revolution and its commercial investments and social applications, democratization of investment decisioning for millennials, advanced nanotechnologies in the Energy Sector, global expansion strategies for emerging advanced technology companies.

Aydın was named Young Global Leader, one of the most influential young global leaders under the age of 40 in the world in 2010 by the World Economic Forum. He is currently an active member of the World Economic Forum.
