Jeffrey received a history degree from Loyola Marymount University, where he also researched the interrelation between United States foreign policy and European public opinion. Prior to joining EWI, he taught literacy skills and coached baseball at Harlem RBI and provided written analysis for the Institute for Policy Study’s Foreign Policy in Focus project. Jeffrey speaks English, French and German.
