Akhil Ramesh has worked with the World Blockchain Forum in New York, political risk consultancy Eurasia Group and the policy think tank Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C. His graduate study at New York University focused on global fiat currencies and the role of a rising Chinese Renminbi. His interests include geopolitics, international trade, globalization and international development. With an educational background at the nexus of business and international affairs, Akhil tracks world events that lead to disruptions in the business world. He has lived and worked across South Asia and the Asia Pacific. He served as a Consultant at the EastWest Institute, working to streamline the data in the Belt and Road Initiative database.
