Atefeh holds an M.A. in Peace Studies from University of Innsbruck and has an extensive background in developing and managing various projects with an international outreach and peace building goals at the core. Knowledgeable and passionate about Middle East through her personal and professional background and widely enthusiastic about programs that help countering violence and transforming conflicts, she has joined EWI’s Brussels office to play her share of a role in conflict mitigation and building a better world.

A native Persian speaker, Atefeh is also fluent in English and Arabic and is advanced in French.
