Daniel Skillings was a Program Coordinator for the EastWest Institute’s Preventive Diplomacy Initiatives. Daniel has a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria in Canada. Daniel initially joined EWI in September 2009 and then spent half a year studying contemporary Chinese foreign policy at China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing before returning in July 2010 to coordinate the Global Conference on Preventive Action.
