Vicky Huang was a Development Intern at EWI. Vicky is a recent Master of Public Administration graduate from University of Southern California, and she is interested in Public Policy and Education. Previously she had interned for several non-profit organizations in the fields of public policy and development. Vicky speaks Chinese and is conversational in Japanese.
