Andi Zhou

Former Program Coordinator, China, East Asia and United States Program

Andi Zhou is a former program coordinator for the China, East Asia and United States Program.

Prior to working as a coordinator, Andi interned with EWI’s Strategic Trust-Building Initiative, providing research and administrative support for projects in the China, Russia and WMD programs. He has previously worked as a Chinese Language Resource coordinator for the New Haven Public School Foreign Language Assistance Program and also taught at a summer program for high school students in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Andi graduated with a B.A. in Global Affairs, magna cum laude, from the Jackson Institute of Global Affairs at Yale University, where he researched small arms proliferation and armed group activity in West and North Africa. In addition to his work at EWI, Andi is also an avid musician and can be heard playing piano for improvisational comedy shows in New York on certain weekends. He speaks English, Chinese and French.
